As well as the amazing selection of small businesses across our town centres, the Christmas season brings markets chock full of festive treats, gifts and shopping opportunities. Taking place across November and December, there’s no excuse not to take advantage of our local artists, makers and bakers to stock the pantry and fill the stockings with handmade gifts and regional grub.

Come and see Great Malvern dressed up in all its Christmassy glory at the annual Christmas lights switch on. The day includes two mini markets as well as festive entertainment.

Great Malvern Christmas Market – 30 Nov 2024

Great Malvern Christmas Market is back providing the perfect opportunity to shop for Christmas gifts, find Christmas day treats and get in the festive mood with yuletide entertainment.

There will be lots of high quality, local stallholders selling food, drink, street food and artisan crafts as well as activities in Malvern Priory and a Santa’s Grotto.

Tenbury Mistletoe Festival – 7 December 2024

The lovely market town of Tenbury Wells will live up to its history with its festive market offering. This historic marketplace is the perfect spot to do some Christmas shopping in the traditional way. Market stalls and entertainment on throughout the day at various locations throughout the town of Tenbury Wells alongside entertainment workshops and ceremony at the Mistletoe Festival.

Blue Magpie Craft Fair 15, 16 & 17 November 2024

Organised Christmas shoppers and lovers of all things hand-crafted could do worse than to stop by Blue Magpie Craft Fair. Happening across three days at the end of November and featuring over 50 independent makers who work in ceramics, textiles, glass and wood as well as illustrators and jewellers. The fair is a treasure trove of unique gifts, as well as offering up delicious homemade cakes and refreshments.

Winter Glow Market 2November – 22 December, on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays

Winter Glow at The Three Counties Showground is a festive family must-do. Along with a spectacular lights trail, ice rink and fairground rides there is an excellent indoor food and arts market. Entry to the market, food hall, bar and parking is free with tickets required to access other activities.

The Fold Monthly Market – Sunday 3 November & Sunday 1 December 2024

There’s a great range of stalls at The Fold monthly market: art, gifts, food, fresh produce, jewellery, homewares, clothing, plants, dog treats & gifts. There’s always something new and many stallholders make with sustainability in mind. A perfect spot to pick up a gift for eco-conscious friends and family.

The Fold – Festive Late Night Shopping and Open Studios – November 27 2024

Fill this festive evening with shopping at local artisans and visiting artists studio’s at The Fold. The cafe will be serving a festive menu from local and organic ingredients as well as milled wine, cider and mince pies. Choose to shop local this Christmas, making sure your money goes straight back to the community.

Take the chance to meet and chat with The Fold’s friendly studio holders who make and sell everything from art and jewellery, to letterpress posters, natural soap, houseplants, gifts, and pottery.

Great Malvern Farmers Market – Christmas Special 21 December 2024

The ever-popular Great Malvern Farmers Market is on twice over the festive season with cupboard essentials and yummy extras available on Saturday 16 November and a Christmas Special edition coming to the Great Malvern Priory grounds on 17 December. Pick up a last-minute gift for that foodie in your life, bag something new to spice up the traditional Christmas Dinner or indulge with seasonal cakes, sweets and drinks.
