Winter Glow have announced that their ever-popular Ice Princess Parties, featuring some much-loved familiar faces will return to the event at Three Counties Showground, Malvern this year, following huge success in 2021.
The special ice-skating sessions, which take place within one of the West Midlands’ largest indoor ice rinks, will include a special appearance from a pair of magical Ice Sisters, who will meet and greet skaters while they glide around the ice to the soundtrack of Disney’s ever popular ‘Frozen’.
Taking place every Sunday at 11am between 27 November 2022 and 1 January 2023 (excluding Christmas Day), the Ice Princess Parties are essential for aspiring mini Ice Princesses or Princes, allowing them to step inside the world of their favourite characters, whist surrounded by festive magic. Fancy dress is strongly encouraged for the occasion, though not mandatory.
“We had a brilliant day out. It was my daughter’s first-time ice skating, and she loved it. It was made even more special when she got to meet her two favourite princesses” said Lorna White, a 2021 visit to Winter Glow.
Skaters will be able to warm up after their special encounter with the Ice Princesses, as they enjoy a selection of hot drinks, including hot chocolate and mulled wine, from the Winter Glow Ice Café. They will also be able to access Winter Glow’s Food Quarter, featuring a selection of tasty local food suppliers, and brand-new indoor Christmas Market, where they will be able to complete some last-minute Christmas shopping.
Winter Glow are currently offering a 10% discount on all Ice Skating tickets booked before 31 October 2022.
Ice Princess Parties will take place at 11am each Sunday, and booking is strongly advised to avoid disappointment. To book your tickets head to the Winter Glow website and select your session date and time. Prices start at £11.50 for children, and £13.30 for adults. Skate Aids for children can be added for an additional £4.00 each. Please note that children aged under 3 are not permitted on the ice for health and safety reasons.
The Winter Glow Ice Rink will open on Friday 25 November 2022, through to Monday 2 January 2023, and will host regular ice-skating sessions from 10am – 9pm each day (please see the Winter Glow website for full availability). Prices for regular sessions start at £9.00.
