They believe food should never be boring and spend the days in between opening hours researching the most delicious new dishes to serve to the wonderful people of Malvern. The Hillbilly’s Story So Far
Hillbilly’s Street Kitchen was devised by two local chefs who, after perfecting their skills working in hotel kitchens in the surrounding area, decided to bring a fresh taste to Malvern. Since opening in September Hillbilly’s have been serving up a variety of staples including smash burgers with Mac & cheese, pulled pork tacos, fried pickles and jackfruit-topped fries. In collaboration with Jonny, the head chef, they devise a limited edition dish that changes every month and serve up sell-out specials like chilli cheese fries, blue cheese burger and double pork smash burger with stuffing.
The aim of this new street food kitchen is not only to delight the taste buds of the town but to promote and support its local businesses. Hillbilly’s has already partnered with a variety of local brands including Bakes by Gee, a local baker who creates amazing treats in small batches freshly made each week and hand-delivered to Hillbillys. Some favourites include giant cookie pies, billionaire brownies and caramac blondies.
100 Free Burgers for Malvern
Now we are approaching the end of what can only be described as an eventful year Hillbilly’s want to do show their thanks to the people of Malvern. As an early Christmas gift they are giving away 100 free burgers. To get your free burger, head to their restaurant in Fir Tree Walk Malvern Link at 6 pm on Wednesday 14 December 2022. Hillbilly’s magical chimney (a.k.a the window) will gift you the very rarest of things; a free dinner. Make sure you come prepared as queues are expected and it is going to be very cold! If you’re in the mood for more there will also be chips and drinks available to purchase, please note it is card payment only.
