Hilly has had the delight of teaching yoga in Malvern for nearly 20 years. She intends classes to be fun, informative and a space where folk can move, breath and be together with a common focus in a supportive environment.
There are a variety of class level’s to choose from at a variety of venues. In addition to regular classes there are always retreats, workshops and one-off specials going on.
The benefits of a regular yoga practise are numerous: Yoga helps us to move safely and mindfully which increases stability and alignment off the mat and into our daily lives; We find the whole working order of the body and mind is impacted positively; We find practises to regulate our nervous system taking us out of anxiety and stress responses and into more peaceful ways of being. These practises can help us sleep more soundly and work more effectively; Whilst other practise can help us build energy and lift us out of fatigue.
