Swan Theatre Amateur Company presents The Lion That Lost Its Roar! by Carolyn Young. Directed by Poppy Savage, this children’s theatre production will take place in the open-air in Priory Park, but will be moved to the Coach House Theatre in the event of rain. Booking is advised as there are only 70 seats per performance (bring your own blanket or chair for use outside).

Step right up and join the circus fun with Ronnie the Ringmaster and his hilarious troupe of bumbling performers in The Lion That Lost Its Roar! This time, they’re gearing up for their most thrilling show yet, performed for none other than the enchanting Princess Petula!

The excitement is through the roof as they unveil their newest star, Larry the Lion, famous for his dazzling dance moves and thunderous roar. But chaos ensues when Magnifico the Magician’s jealousy turns into mischief. Can Larry find his roar again? Will Ronnie keep the show on track despite Bish and Bosh’s constant blunders?

With laughter, magic, and surprises throughout, this heartwarming adventure is perfect for all ages.
