Event Description
Take on the St Richard’s Hospice Worcestershire Way walk and challenge yourself to complete 31 miles in a day. Join individually, with friends or get your colleagues together to walk the length of the Worcestershire Way.
Starting at Bewdley (Fire Station DY12 2BU) at 6 am, stride out across the wonderful Worcestershire countryside before finishing with the spectacular slopes of the Malvern Hills. A delicious buffet lunch is provided at The Talbot at Knightwick. You will also find water-stations and a few marshals along the way to encourage you along! Finish at The Red Lion, Malvern, WR14 4RG
You will need to train for this challenge and familiarise yourself with the route in manageable sections.
In 2021, 111 walkers registered and they raised a fantastic £30,600 – This could pay for a specialist Living Well Centre Nurse for a year.
