The Malvern and Upton upon Severn Tourist Information Centres are managed and staffed by Malvern Hills District Council, and operate all through the year. The centre in Tenbury Wells is run entirely by local volunteers.
Each Tourist Information Centre has a wide selection of free leaflets on the many attractions in the district and wider afield to help you plan your visit.
The TICs gather together details of the many events which take place throughout the area each week to help make your visit special. Details of regional and national events are also available from the TICs.
The TICs can also help you find adventurous activities, horse riding, fishing or playing golf and many other activities to make your visit special – call in to your local TIC for details.
Helping Those with Special Needs
Malvern TIC has specially adapted access for the disabled and staff at all three TICs are always on hand to assist. Information on access to the attractions events and activities is available. RADAR keys for the public toilets are available to purchase or on loan.
Community Information
Each TIC has detailed information on the many clubs and societies in the district along with details of other community services such as doctors, dentists, schools and how to contact your local councillors.
Malvern Tourist Information Centre no longer issues (since March 2020) levy payers’ car parking passes on behalf of the Malvern Hills Trust. For the latest information, please visit the Malvern Hills Trust website.
